NEed help to get camera out of safeguard mode

I have a JVC mini digital video camera model # GR-D30U. The problem with my camera is that it says EO1 Unit in Safeguard Mode... How can I get it out of Safeguard MOde

I need help getting my JVC GRD30U out of EO3 unit safe mode. I have removed the battery several times and the power source. nothing is working.Thank for the help!
