i left my email in if u wanna call. you need to be an experienced service tech for this project. if your not i suggest you take to a pro. an authorized sony servicer. if you have exp on sony tv's maybe i can help. i was a factory sony service tech for over 20 yrs and worked primarily on tv. and all home stereo products. if you have no experience be warned. you can cause great personal harm to yourself not to mention extensive damage to the product.
you will need a service manual, a good volt/ohm meter, possibly a good triggered scope with at least a 60mg bandwith. a metered variac (volts/amps) and a full set of tools. gary
