problem with my camcorder

can i know about service centers in hyderabad.andhra pradesh INDIA.

i am having jvc GR-d72u camcorder purchased in april,2004.i am having problem- lens is not dtecting any objects instead displaying message lenscap eventhough my lenscap is opened.
