NEED A FLOPPY DISK ADAPTOR

I, too, am getting the 13:01 dreaded format error. I've tried formatting the disks, that worked for awhile. Then I tried putting the "mavica" file on my disks prior to inserting them into the camera...that worked for awhile. I haven't tried bending any part yet, but am now trying the "take out the battery" thing. I do know that my friend had this problem and he replaced the regular floppy disk with a floppy disk adaptor and a memory stick and viola! it now works. BIG PROBLEM IS, I can't find anyone who makes the floppy disk adaptor anymore!! He got his at Staples years ago and they don't carry them anymore. Does anyone know where I can find one? Debbie
