My Camera is DCR-TRV145E PAL.For one week I receive the Errorcode disply E:61:10 Bevor this display I received Errorcode C:31:40.Now it's unpossible to open the drive- box in order to remove the cassette. What can I do to remove remove the cassette from the camera? Thank you for your efforts Mike Fischer.
