HomeSony KV-36XBR400 sound but no picture I have had this tv for only a few years and I am having problems with it. While watching the set, the picture suddenly goes out, but you can still hear the sound. It does come back, but the more you have the tv on, the more frequently this happens until eventually the picture goes out for good, leaving me with only sound and black a white fuzz! After a few weeks of not having the tv on, I can turn it back on, but then after a few days, this problem occurs again. Does anyone know what the problem might be and whether or not is worth fixing?

I had this problem last September. The set had a bad module (A1346947A). The repairman said this is a fairly common problem. It cost me over $600 to get repaired. Now its doing it again, and the repairman just pulled the chassis and took it in today. 90 warrenty has expired. I'm chapped. Did you receive any response. I am having the same problem |
