you do not need a driver to download information from the camera DV out to the computer. you need to connect the DV OUT to the computer firewire connector. do it carefully when the camera is disconnected from the electricity because it can damage the CAMERA DV OUT. israel skop www.svc.co.il

Ran into this message. Am also looking for these drivers. Did you have the opportunity to obtain them. This camera is rather old and did not come with these CD's.
