Value of RX3242 in Zenith Z32X31D TV

I need to know the value of RX3242 in a Zenith model Z32X31D TV. This resistor feeds power to the TDA8174 vertical IC. The resistor is a little burnt so readiing the bands is a problem. It looks like a black, brown, silver, silver, this would make it a 0.01 ohm? A Google search show that RX3242 in other Zenith sets is a 1 ohm or a 2.7 ohm 1/4W. Also, if any one has a schematic for this model, please let me know. Thanks!
