I have a Magnavox DVD/VHS combo unit, about 2 years old. Recently while playing either a DVD or tape it will stop and "ERR 03" begins flashing in the LED screen. You cannot turn on/off and are forced to unplug unit to get to reset. Can reset and it will work again for a while and same thing happens. I am really frustrated that there is not a list published by Magnovox on what this error means and their "tech help" call-in center just refers you to a local dealer. Any help would be really appreciated. Ed
