We had a lightening strike, now on/timer light flashes and TV is dead. Won't power up.

Was wanting to know if this could be a fuse? But I am not sure where to look for the fuse? TV is only 3 years old and it won't make any sounds at all. Completely dead, except flashing of the on/timer light.
