horizontal lines rise up screen

I have a few of these 68MC305R Philips Observation cameras: http://www.cctvheadquarters.net/philipssequential.htm i'm not sure i have the wires connected correctly, or if its a problem with the camera, but this is an example image from the video that i get: https://mywebspace.wisc.edu/schaning/web/ccdcamimage.jpg does anyone know what might be causing those horizontal lines that rise up the screen?? is a problem with the horizontal sync possibly?? any advice is greatly appreciated!
