GR-DVM50 lens cover stuck

GR-DVM50 lens cover is stuck in open position. It won't move at all irrespective of the mode it is in - OFF, PLAY, CAMERA (RECORD),5S. I have tried powering it on/off several times without any success. Is there an easy way to fix this problem. Thanks, Ash
