Sony DCR-TRV11 error code 31:30

Need help with error code!

Getting error code 31:30...followed trouble shooting steps from manual (i.e. remove power source, re-install tape, power on)...no luck...please advise...need camcorder for work.

look at www.altmaster.ru (a russian site) and download service manual (serman)and solve your problem. try an reset.
