I guess, the tape forwarding pulley belt slipped off, that is why at the time of play the tape ribbon is collecting at one side of the cassette player housing.

every thing OK, except, at the time of fast forward or play or recording, the cassette ribbon is coming out of the cassette case and getting collected near the rotating wheel. recording and viewing at the time of play is working perfectly. please suggest.
