HomeMy Trv900 will not allow me to insert new tape and gives me C:32:11 error message. How can I fix it?? Urgent help as it I use it professionally. I was filming when the camera started flashing and beeping the eject message rapidly. After several attempts it finally ejected a chewed tape. It will not allow me to insert a new tape and now gives me the C:32:11 error message. I need help asap as I do underwater video with this and a crew need me to do some work for them this week.
