Hi, I hope you can help me. I have a 48 inch av-48wp74 JVC I`Art pro. The picture is fine but I have no sound. I went through the sound menu and I can not figure it out. My nephew was over playing video games and must pressed a wrong button. Can you pleeeease help me? Thank you, Mary
