Help!! Camera tape door does not open.

There is no tape in the camera, I have full power using AC adapter. Motor makes noise after sliding Eject button, but nothing happens. Play button on LCD flashes for a few seconds, then stops. Fresh CR2025 battery just changed today. Any ideas?
