Yes, I fixed it; it was all my fault. When I replaced the C4927 I burnt the circuit and isolated the resistor connected to one of the C4927 connections. I'm not sure if your problem is as such but just in case... Good luck!

I have the same problem with my Sony.
I am a novice. Do you have the schematics and any additional docs on fixing the problem?
