Owner's Manual & Remote

Owner's Manual Any idea where I can get the owner's manual for this model of the JVC VCR? I have looked on JVC Web site and no luck. JVC VCR Model: HR-S5200U. Thanks Also where I can get an original Replacement Remote for cheap. Other then JVC Website.
