Looking for JVC KW-XC550 control sheet label

I am looking for a control sheet, the label that goes over the Front Panel (VJG1506-003) and has, well, the button labeled and the JVC logo on it. My front panel comes bare, the "contro sheet" affixs to it. I could not find the JVC number for it but they are looking. This stereo was built in 1999 and is in excellent condition, I just need to apply some TLC. Thanks!
