identification of 2 components

Hello, I have a JVC, chassis # A133 that was struck by lightning. I have identified all the bad components except 2. The numbers on the circuit board are Q951 and D945. Both items were damaged beyond recognition. Can you tell me what they are? D945 seems to be a relay driver diode and the other is a type of transistor.Thanks
