I gave up and just send my camera to the southern Queensland authorized repair shop, just to be told that JVC WILL FIX IT FREE OF CHARGE. BLESS THEIR LITTLE HEART ( WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THEY HAD ONE) THANK YOU JVC
