Trouble upon trouble!

I have had EO3 and EO4 codes since christmas 04. I finally got the tape to eject. When I put it back it said to remove again! It would not record or anything. Now it wont open enough to put the tape back in. Its out of warranty. I never used a full tape yet! I feel I threw $400.00 away. I just started taking screws out to find somthing stuck or bent maybe. Can I get a blowup part diagram? Can you help? Should I send the whole mess away? AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
