Home | First message in thread | Previous messageEric, OK, my last reply was ignorant. There is a solder short on the top side of the circuit board that needs to be removed. Remove it and the DVD player will stop saying 'no disc'.

I have a DVP-n600 with the dreaded "no disc" error that just started to occur, player reads dvd's but not cd or cd-r. Think it's the same solder short you mentioned? if so, can you tell my how to find it; if not any other thoughts? Thanks for any help you can give. Dan |
