My JVC GR-D30U does not catch picture

When I turned on my JVC GR-D30U, The LCD or Viewfinder is blank. I connected my camcorder to the charger, so the battery should not be the problem. What's wrong with my camcorder?

My camera have the same problem. And not only mine, but my sister's and also my friend's. I think JVC should recall these cameras. It seems the problem is not isolated.

your ccd is not good. you should fix your camera in a near JVC service. israel skop JVC Digital service and support
