That chassis has a number of high failure components that can cause a no power on condition. To name a few. A shorted HOT Q502 will cause F601, Q601, Q602 and R607 to fail in the power supply. Poor solder joints on the Horiz. Drive Transformer will cause Q502 to fail. Faulty VDRs in the Power Supply can cause the above components to fail as well.
