The flash drive can be seen on the my computer window that is the computer can recognise it but when the properties is checked it displays total space to be 0 bytes and used space also to be 0 bytes.

I tried installing the driver but I've got no idea because the language is in Japanese.I've tried it on other computers but the same problem. Can you please help because that's the only means by which I carry information about and I also boght it only last week.
