Hi My JVC TV model AV-27020 is not coming up. WHne I plug in the power cord, I hear the sound and the screen is blank. The ontimer is blinking. I took it to the serve center. That guy said that some transistor must be replaces and asked for $120. Can you help and let mek now which transistor should I look at or what is the way to diagnose the problem Thanks for your help.
