search for tuner part nr E 86173 concerning CDX3180

Hello I have a sony CDX3180, CD tuner player, it works except that the the tuner is defect. The inside tuner part (number E 86173 )is vertically mounted on the basic electronic plane. I want to buy a new tuner part and replace. Can anyone help. best regards Menno
