If the tape is stuck and won't eject...the cam needs to be looked at. If the tape will eject...read the reset procedure on a post above yours and try a new JVC tape after you have properly rest cam. Do not use any other brand tape for this test. If problem goes away after reset and new JVC tape...continue using those tapes. If not...then contact JVC for options.
