I too have brought the latest SONY DVD camcoder and recorded the dvd on my golden week kyoto trip, when i came back and checked mini dvd on DVD player it did not work error "disk error", even it cant work on my laptop. I Came to know that camcoder does not finalize DVD so it can't play on other devicess till it finalized. I dont know how to finalize.
