I need a service manual for GVC car audio radio/cd KD-SH 55R

I have trouble with my jvc kd-sh 55r and i am looking for service manual or trouble shooting guide so i can fix it. The problem is that the lcd screen does not work properly (saws some of the messages) and the volume key does not work too. Some times and for a short period (about 4 or 5 days) the problem disapears and everything works ok. But then does not work for a month or more. Can anyone help me??????????
