PS2 disc tray keeps getting jammed. Any way i can fix this?

Every time i hit open on my PS2 the tray moves a little bit then gets stuck. I have to tilt the whole thing with the front facing downwards to open it and then sometimes that doesnt even work. Any ideas or info on how to fix this anyone? Thanks
