My GTA:San Andreas Game doesnt work anymore after i lent it to a friend.

Im having trouble playing my game after i got it back from my friend the trouble is it doesnt read it keeps saying read error.My friends PS2 broke aswell but he doesnt what its from.I think its from my game.Im so angry that i cant play it anymore.My Grandfather checked the disk on the back and he said its scratched,he tryed cleaning it but nothing works.Please help me,where can i fix my game,ive had the game from October 29 and lent it to him on december.Plz help me i want to play my game again but im so angry i cant do nothing about it.
