Homecamera was just a year old when tape basket stopped closing I have done every trouble shoot possible besides tearing the camera apart. The tape basket had to be manually opened to remove a tape, and now it will NOT close. The housing for the tape stays pushed up and does not retract so I cannot close the door. PLEASE HELP!

umm... the same thing happened to me... try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery this resets the camera and it should be able to close properly... |
