I have Nutone Radio intercom Model IM 406. The radio will come and go, When the radio is not working there is a pulsating sound.

I have a customer who's system is doing the same thing. She lost her paperwork, I'm hoping someone has the paperwork for the IM-406.

My radio does the same thing with the pulsating sound, but does not play at all. let me know if you find anything out.
