Error message C:32:11 on sony trv 740

I have a sony handycam trv740 which has the tape stuck. whne I turn it on for the first few seconds it has error E:61:10 then it switches to error C:32:11 Any ideas would be appreciated. i tried removing the battery and replacing. I tried with the AC. I tried the reset button. Any other ideas that might work would be appreciated. Thanks
