JVC service centre and their inability to solve my problem

I have a JVC audio-video system which has gone to the Pune service centre for the same problem 3 times. In spite of the company's interest in it , I am sorry to say that the repair this time has not been undertaken even after many weeks , excuse being given- 1) engineers not available 2) parts not available now, they tell me that the repairs are going to cost me Rs. 4000/- which is nearly 1/3 of the cost of the system itself. Please note that the system was repaired 2 times already for the same problem and I have been charged for that . I am very unhappy with this state of affairs and I want a permanent solution for it.
