sonic stage problems

i have been having sonic problems for 6mths, knackered 3 laptops in the process. Was about to destroy my HD1, however i have downloaded 3.1 from the south pacific area of sony and it is now fine, plus it has more features and lets you burn audio cd's and mps cd's
