An important recording on a mini disc is lost due to a "TOC Error."

On a recent trip to London, I used my Sharp MD-SR50 mini disc recorder as an audio diary, making many, many, very short (10 - 20 seconds) entries. After about a week, sometime around entry number 62 on the Table of Contents, I recorded "Evensong" at Canterbury Cathedral. Later that night, back at the hotel, I listened to that recording with earphones and it was wonderful! The very next day, I attempted to make entry number 63 (or 64) and got a "TOC Error." Of course, the disc could no longer be read by my mini disc recorder. Is there anyway to retrieve the recordings made on this disc? Thanks, Wayne
