Radio stations/ Satellite TV network / LPTV station CP
We have a satellite TV Network we are trying to purchase. It is on the air now but is scheduled to go dark April 30th. The present owner is in Chapter 11 bankruptcy and has joined me as a partner and will stay on as chief engineer/partner. He designed the whole system and is an engineer/ inventor. He also does a talk show similar to Rush Limbaugh Monday thru Friday.
The satellite has the capability to put up to 50 or more TV channels with additional equipment. It now has two TV stations, one on the air, and 8 audio channels with the capability to put anywhere up to 4000 or more on. He has three trademarked audio networks, "American jukebox classics" "American Country Classics" and "Escape Radio" . Ronnie Milsap and company leases one audio channel for Classic old time radio. This is the TV for the blind.
There is several side companies attached to the satellite. One is the dubbing of films to DVD. In the event of the Hollywood films we dub them and reserve the right to retain a master copy for air play free. There is an extensive film library of public domain films and TV shows like Red Skelton, Burns & Allen, Highway Patrol etc. the company owns and can put on the air. I have proposed a classic TV Channel similar to TV land but only the old TV shows before 1970. Most all of them are in Black and White.
Chuck (the present owner) is devising a way to switch these to HDTV for future use.
Also there is a home satellite sales company that buys satellite dish systems for anywhere from $60 to $100. We sell them for $200 to $250. UPS them to the buyer. They have local installer install the system. These are offered free to hospitals and such.
This company alone if pushed can skyrocket from the present $500k year to several million by advertising on our TV network and radio stations.
The company also has three construction permits for Jacksonville Florida, White Springs Florida, and Tampa St Pete. Two 50 thousand watt powerhouses in Jacksonville and White Springs and one 5 thousand watt in Tampa. These have to be put on the air. 150 acres needs to be bought for towers. Studios built. Once these are put on the air they will cover the whole Northern half of Florida, from Orlando to Macon GA. Plus they will triple in value once on the air.
We are trying to buy 10 radio stations and put an LPTV station on the air in Rehobeth Beach Delaware. We have been accepted in Rehobeth with open arms by the local government and citizens alike.
There is so much to talk about but these are the basics. If you are financially capable please advise and perhaps we can work together to make Frequency Won excel and become a leader in the business.
Thanks and Kind Regards,
Earl Sharninghouse, CEO/President
