Home | First message in thread | Previous messageI also have this problem with my 27' JVC set. In fact, the image seems to kinda mirror itself in the lines. This happens with playstation, dvd, vcr, etc. JVC claims to have never heard it. Either they're lying to me, there communications is non-existant, or there R&D team is completely incompetant.

Same exact television. Same exact problem. I didn't remember the model number of my JVC 27" when I got online and started searching "horizontal white lines at the top of the screen". After glancing at a few sites, I reached this forum. Rotated the TV and looked at the sticker on the back. WA-LA! AV-27230. I've also noticed the image mirroring in the lines. JVC can claim they're not aware of the problem all they want...I refuse to believe that. I'm switching-out the capacitor myself. Thanks for the help, folks! |
