Problem with Channels 48 and above on my JVC television

We haven't had any trouble with our cable on our JVC television (C-13810, July 1997) until yesterday. All of a sudden our cable channels from channel 48 and above are completely snowy. It does not appear to be a problem with the cable company, and we have auto-programmed our TV in hopes that would work. No luck. All other channels are just fine. Any ideas on how to get our other channels back???
