image parameters memorization troubles

When i memorize my personal image parameters using "Menu button" and "image control" if i turn off the TV and turn it on i come back with default image mode "Studio" with contrast at maximum level. In fact it's like parameters I adjusted are not stored into memory. Do I have to change something in "service mode" to allow this memorization. a french daddy JC
