A message has appeared on my tv screen that won't go away. It is on a JVC television. Model: AV-28WFT1EK It looks like some kind of menu used by engineers for diagnostics. It reads: MEMORY PACK SERVICE TV (PR) <<< MEMORY PACK TV: EXIT OK: START There is an up and down arrow at the end of the message. Can anyone explain?
