Is there any DVC tape rewinder that works well?

Hi: Recently, I purchased a Power2000 Digital 6mm Tape Rewinder, but faced that the product dowsn work, It even caused my tape to broke. I am still searching for a rewinder that save my camera from the tear of winding and rewinding of the tapes. Best regards to all
