I purchased a sony vpl-exi projector from a friend with a laptop.I cant get it to work.Thing is i watch a dvd of it with the laptop i just clicked an icon on it.Now since i decided to reformatt my laptop there is no icon.Do i need software for this p

rojector?.Please help me Im really desperate as i paid alot of money for them both.I am not very clued up at all as far as the projecter goes but as i say i did have t working from my dvd films on the laptop i just clicked an icon on right hand corner.But since i have had my laptop reformated i can only bring up the desktop it will not allow me to watch the flies now.The only thing i can think of is i need to install software.But problem is i dont have the software.Can some one please help me thanks
