http://hbar.servepics.com/~val/text/f707/ Please go to this website, it was origianlly posted by Handyman on March 15,05 I can say that after hours of reading these postings about formatting my memory stick, I tried the website instructions above and now my camera works. Come to find out the error was never due to the memory stick, but indeed a loose connection in the camera. I highly recommend doing this. If you are afraid, then try to at lest hit the side of the camera with a firm -yet gently tap on the side of the camera where the memory stick is placed. You will find it might help move the loose connection back into place untill you can get someone to understand the website instructions on repairing the camera. But I can't really tell you enough that this is probably the failure with the memory stick problem and has nothing to do with formatting. God Bless, Brandi
