HomeExporting DV from firewire. My school purchased a new JVC GY DV300. I've read the manual several times. But I can not manage to export (play) the video from the camera through the firewire, into Adobe Premier Pro 1.5, Windows Movie Maker or Avid DV. I've had success playing the video through the cameras composite, and s-video ports and tried a variety of cables and firewire interfaces. I'm convinced that the problem is in the camera. Please help us. Thank You!

Hi, I have same problem with my JVC GR-DVL 309. It worked OK first time I tried it but then failed to do so subsequently. Checked it in another computer and still no good. Checked the lead with another camcorder and its OK. I'd like to hear if there is a fix for this fault. |
