HomePurchased2/28/05. Worked til 2/25. get "disc error" message. Cannot open drive to change. open light lights briefly then goes to "reading" and back to "disc error". cannot format or finalize. Have reset per manual several times. Help

This is a common fault with these units and JVC know about it. You should contact them or your dealer to get the DVD drive changed. Mine failed after 2 years but JVC replaced it. Did you ever get an anwwer to your question on the disc error, tray won't open, mine is doing the same thing and i keep resetting it. still nothing happens. Thank-you |
